TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you access the website and/or place an order for goods, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We will endeavor to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website, however this cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. OUR CONTRACT (ORDER)
The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. After placing your order, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and the order details. A contract between you and Derby QB STudios will only take place once payment has been accepted and processed.

PRICING
All products offered for sale by QB Studios are priced in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility. The price we charge is that displayed on our website at the time of sign up. Although we endeavor to maintain accurate prices, we reserve the right to correct a price if an error has been made. You will be entitled to either accept the new price or cancel and accept a refund.

JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales . You agree, as do we, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

PAYMENT
CREDIT or DEBIT CARD - The fastest way to pay for immediate dispatch (stock dependent). We accept all major credit cards (excluding AMEX American Express & Diners Club Cards). Cards are debited at the point of order and transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.

OFFERS & PROMOTIONS
Please note that when participating in our offers or promotions, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher.
