Global Talent Map allows you to determine a physical location for your candidates and the companies you track.

If you are working within an area, it makes sense to look for candidates within that same area or that you know have specified they're looking in that area. This is a good way to track talent and understand the requirements of both candidate and client.

When you add the data for candidate or client to Talent Map, it will pull the relevant information into the database and create a location and fill in the fields required to make everything searchable. If you currently have data for 100 companies in a city, they will show at the company location. If you select that company you will be able to see all of the relevant data to that company including any uploads, notes or contact information you need. This is the same for the candidates and can host all uploaded documents to support applications and things that maybe necessary to help get them placed.

This is truly a one stop recruitment data solution with the added benefit of being easily searchable and very easy to use.
